Our Solitude can be found amongst forests, meadows and ponds. There’re only just it and nature. Its clean, modern and free concept will enchant you. A new building with details of original farmhouse offers accommodation for up to 50 people. The generous common areas, the kitchen with bar and beautiful rooms are complemented by the marvellous children’s playroom over two floors. Have breakfast on the terrace above the pond, let children run in the garden full of adventure and enjoy relaxation in nature. It takes you an hour to get to us from Prague and Budějovice, while from Brno and Pilsen it takes two. Welcome!

Outdoor kitchen

Steaks, hamburgers or sausages. It’s just your choice what you prepare outdoors. You can serve your meal on a generous table, on the terrace above the pond or by a creek just on bread.

Real solitude

Forests, meadows, hills, streams and ponds on and around the property. And then only you and those with whom you love to spend your time. This is Hojšín and Czech Siberia.

Playground without borders

Let your children run, roll down the hill, jump, play by the creek, discover, pick flowers... And when it starts raining, take your boots off and get in. There is a playroom over two floors.

A view of the pond

Without water it is dry, without water it is boring. You can dream and drink on the terrace above the pond and don’t forget to pack rubber boots for your children - two creeks flow through the garden.

Parking directly by the house

It would be complicated and tiring to reach us on foot... A few steps away from our Solitude, you can park your car and even a bus comfortably.

Durable minimalism

Our rooms withstand something. We do not put vases on the edge of the table nor do we have stairs in the middle of the room. We have just prepared a timeless interior for you without compromises.

Siberian larch facade, floor and wall heating, burnt floor tiles, the Sonos sound system, centuries-old stone walls, a heat pump, casement windows, antiseptic vinyl floors, original beams…

They can get up at six…

… and you can still sleep. All your children can sleep together in a large room full of beds. The morning pillow battle won’t disturb you.

Jump to the pond

Right next to the terrace there is a natural bathing habitat, where you can refresh yourself after a summer trip or improve your swimming style in the evenings.

Tree stand

The year-round habitable tree stand located in an alder grove above a stream provides distant views of both the landscape and the glittering stars. Gadgets like a folding bed then allow you to instantly turn the lower part of the tree stand into a dance floor or a romantic dining room. A family of four can sleep here, but you will definitely enjoy the tree stand the most in pair.

Marry your love at Hojšín. The entire solitude, meadows, forests as well as sunset over the pond will be only yours. Bring as many children and dogs as you want, after 10 p.m. move the revelry indoors so as not to disturb the wildlife in the woods and the natives over the hill. You can easily arrange the wedding ceremony at the Municipal Office in Votice.

What we have prepared for you: you have all the equipment of the solitude at your disposal. You can set up a tent town in the meadow and park the whole wedding convoy at the parking place.

What you have to arrange yourself: food, drink, musicians, music equipment, decoration and other things without which your wedding would not be perfect.

Refundable deposit: CZK 30,000 for possible accidents
